My experience includes winning victories for 2 of my clients in the Nevada Supreme Court.
One was in the area of employment law, representing a large employer and the other was in eminent domain.

In private practice since 1990, to benefit my clients I limit my practice to complex civil litigation including Eminent Domain, Land Use and Zoning Law, Business Litigation, Management Side Employment Law, and Civil RICO.
Prior to 1990, my experience included being a District Attorney (Churchill County, Nevada), Special Prosecutor (Nevada Attorney General's Office), Special Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice (Organized Crime and Racketeering Section), Assistant United States Attorney (District of Nevada).
